思考：开源社区（项目）中，到底怎么才能算是“共建”

• 很多人在谈“共建者”，但实际却看不到是怎么“共建”的
• 某些人理解的共建就是来给我免费打工
• 反正我只提供平台，你们赶紧来共建
• 在他们的认知里 contributor 都是天神下凡，自己就能解决一切问题

在我来看，当我们讨论“共建”时，不能只关注建设过程是很多人一起在做，能决定项目（或社区）是否可以保持可持续地、健康地发展的重要因素更在于——建设成果是否能做到“共享”。简言之，“没有共享”就不存在所谓的“共建”。
