Push button deploy from a repo with some parameters

Either on the repo itself or via a Readme or html calling github actions, create a way to have a push-button deploy of the Ingest or Enrich pattern after supplying a few parameters.

Microsoft has something similar - assuming for us that the user would have to point at a cloud account / namespace and likely provide a few other things, but launch the deploy right from GitHub to allow people to more easily try out a base set of capabilities
