The last comment on this issue states, that it is a device specific issue and thus not solvable in c:geo.
No longer happening after changes / reimplementation of the new image gallery.
Anything to be done for this issue? It looks like just the map file is not valid (corrupt, incomplete) and therefore the exception is thrown. @bekuno Feel free to reopen.
Closed as outdated as discussed in team meeting on October 8th 2023. In general such approach could be a solution.
Doublechecked the above mentioned caches using 2022.12.28-NB. No performance issues anymore. Seemingly this has been solved by changes / reimplementation of the new image gallery.
I opened it originally, but did not test recently. Can do in some days unless you will try.
@moving-bits Was it intended to close this "next release" issue by your commit?
