How do you change the text color?

Hello, totally new to Flet and your package. I hate the appearance of the new Material design that is used in Flet. So tried to install your package to see if something was different.

Using the To-do app tutorial on the Flet website, I added on top of the page, after the flet import, your lines: import flet_material as fm

and in the Main function: page.bgcolor = fm.Theme.bgcolor

If I launch the app, what happens is that the background is dark, but the text remains black instead of turning to a light color.

How do I change the text color? Thanks

PS: by the way... please put on your website some screenshots of an app themed with your package, so one can have an idea of how it will look like if you apply the themes.
