Create 'all benchmark results' link in the build page

Right now it is hard to find a single benchmark. One can see benchmarks belonging to a suite, but there is no way to find a single measurement. SQUAD doesn't provide means to filter in this list: https://qa-reports.linaro.org/schneider/warrior-4.19/build/250/testrun/2869388/suite/meminfo/metrics/

This request is to either add benchmarks to 'all test results' list or to create a separate list named 'all benchmarks' in the top bar of the build details page.
