The notify ambulance message is not being displayed.

the message that comes up when in last stand "press g to notify ems" is not coming up now when using your death screen. https://i.imgur.com/a8Eo7Fy.png

That is not supported by default, but you could always add that or still have that text laying around somewhere. I will probably make a configurable option for that in the future.
