vitalsource My book as Modules (M01 , M02) and does not print

My book only prints the roman number( i to xvi), but does not print the numbers. the structure of the book is "page i - page xvi", and and all the modules start with M01 ( for Module 1,etc.) and pages (ex. 2 to 150), then M02 ( for Module 2) and pages (ex.153 to 300).

I try " vitalsourceprint.py" but it stops before the numbers .can someone help me resolve this issue?
