R3 -> High J14 -> Low P13 -> High Expectation: Green lights. Observation: Blue lights.

R3 -> High J14 -> High P13 -> Low Expectation: Blue lights. Observation: Green lights.

Hypothesis: RGB led G and B pins are swapped.
