Document preview when signing doesn't load in chrome or firefox on mobile

4.1.1 on NC 23.0.4

when using a signing link from the email on my android mobile device i observe the following behaviors:

• Chrome: document does not load, get gray screen with sad document and the message "this content is blocked. contact the site owner to fix the issue" if you tap it

• Firefox: document does not show, get gray screen and a prompt to download the document to device.

Both still allow signing, but you can't see the document in the browser.
