the lesson guide is out of sync with the content

it looks like the instructor guide hasn't kept up with the modification of the lesson and needs to be updated in preparation for the June 2019 release.

@dakane1 I've added my instructor notes here https://github.com/LibraryCarpentry/lc-shell/blob/gh-pages/files/instructor-notes.md. They are specific to a workshop at MTSU so we can make them more generic and link to them in the guide.
