Updates needed to Start JupyterLab for Mac user instructions

What is the problem?

The Start JupyterLab instructions for Mac users do not explicitly mention that the $ indicates a command to be typed on the command prompt (but we never type the $ sign itself). This might confuse those new to the content. I suggest that the language in the episode be updated to this of other Shell instructions: https://swcarpentry.github.io/shell-novice/01-intro.html#the-shell and https://librarycarpentry.org/lc-shell/02-navigating-the-filesystem.html#navigating-the-shell

@chennesy yes it is a suggested update - the Shell lesson I linked to has suggested language about the $ :)
