README.md vs custom.md

Hi Andre,

When I export a package with mycourse.md it does not work. The exporter does everything correctly and resulting package contains mycourse.md. But in the runtime it tries to load README.md anyway.

I may attach a package and logs from browser console after loading a scorm if needed, just let me know.
