AI Can dissasemble half of a mortar and take the backback but not take the second half

Describe the bug: Was testing it (no other AI mod) using the SOG cDLC. AI seems to be able to assemble a 2-part mortar easy but disassembles and takes 1 backpack only. 2nd AI stands still near his backpack and only picks it up sometimes when issued the 6 command list to pick up the backpack.

Steps to reproduce: -Load SOG -Place OPFOR units like PAVN mortar team -Issue assemble/disassemble command
