Metadata: Use version-name instead of version

EGO and GNOME Shell (46) support a custom version field called version-name. version is still used internally by EGO and GNOME Shell for updates but it will be automatically inserted into the metadata.json file by EGO on upload. So drop version now so that we don't need to increment it ourselves anymore.
