something wrong in hint between web preview and file comment description

I chose the setting named "Leetcode: Show Description" with "Both", that I want can see the whole question description both in webview and file comment, but there are something wrong like (question no.15):

you can see something under “提示” is different between comment description and question view

my env: vscode v1.65 leetcode plugin v0.18.0

i find another circumstance: when i open the question no.17, it does not happen.
