Hi, I've downloaded the file and tried to run the lss file, it returned this

Can you help with this? Like what should I do next?

It seems you didn't perform the setup with Ledger Live. Did you follow the instructions listed here: https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017551659?

I did, using Umbrel. It returns this

So, I thought maybe I need to setup Satstack first, which gives me the feedback above.

Did I miss anything?

Are you trying to connect to an onion address? Umbrel is particularly tricky because all traffic is routed through Tor. Someone on Twitter already managed to get it working and documented it in a thread: https://twitter.com/lounes_kmt/status/1313799727754948609.

The most relevant part is in this tweet: https://twitter.com/lounes_kmt/status/1313799733211803649. Note that at the time of the tweet, there was no UI support for setting up SatStack on Ledger Live.
