Feature request: Add option to launch without circulating supply check

I'd like to be able to launch SatStack without calculating the supply.

Issue

• Launch SatStack, numbers are ran
• Add accounts to config file
• Relaunch SatStack, numbers are run again...

Solution

Add a command or option not to run the numbers
