How to get pairwise alignment candidates?

Hi! I see you mentioned in the ReadMe that "use an existing method to calculate pairwise alignment candidates", but I can't find the source code of the method to calculate it. Could you please realse the corresponding sourece code or provide some references of the codes? Thanks very much!

Excuse me. Have you found any codes or programs to generate pairwise alignment candidates yet? I'm doing my graduate design and I need some codes to generate pairwise alignments.
