Register Button in Learnpress - Confusing

I installed the learnpress plugin and the register button was not visible to learners. I tried to check all the settings in learnpress settings but nothing worked. Then I searched on google regarding this and I found this article and it solved the issue.

I would like to add, that this option is adding unnecessary confusion for the admins. Other plugin developers like woocommerce, charitable, Give, and various others are not using this option to enable or disable the registration. It is causing lots of confusion. I would suggest to remove the dependency of "Anyone can Register" option from the learnpress.
May I edit the learn press code and submit the pull request for the same?
