Add `VLCMediaThumbnailer`

I have tried to achieve this goal using VLCMediaThumbnailer, but for some reason, the first image is always black, and from the second image on, it always reports a timeout. This repository: https://github.com/tinuv/VLCUI is my attempt. I'm not particularly familiar with vlckit, but I will continue to try. If I could get your help, I would be extremely grateful!

I believe I had tried the thumbnailer before and got the same results (black image), but I'm happy to try it again.
