Vase Mode Bin

A vase mode bin generation option should be considered.

This would be a lot of work for something that could be done in the several OpenSCAD libraries out there already. I think that the usefulness would be limited here as (correct me if I'm wrong) most people generate the standard bins here before modifying them, whereas a vase mode bin cannot be easily modified without ruining the vase printing.
