Release version of wordcloud2

Hi Lchiffon,

There is no release version of wordcloud2 in GitHub. I think that current master version should be v0.2.2 and it will be great to make a release version and add an archived tag, which could make version control much earlier. I also note that the latest version of wordcloud2 in the CRAN is v0.2.1, and it should be updated to v0.2.2

I agree with @senzhaocode.

I had been using the CRAN version, and there was a bug with wordcloud2 causing multiple other vaguely related plots to stop functioning. Unclear why wordcloud2 was breaking everything else, but updating to the newest development version on GitHub has solved my problem. Naturally it caused me a couple days of headaches at a bad time.

Is this repository still being maintained?
