close button should be optional

I'm pushing the 'SimpleImageViewer' using navigation controller.

Everything works fine except it shows the close button.

I think close button should be settable to nil.

@shahid-rasheed did you try the pull request that fixes the issue? You may have to update your project a little, as initialising image viewer controllers has slightly changed.
