Sims2RPC No longer downloads No-Cracked .exe
I have tried to do a new install of the Sims 2 ultimate collection and I tried to install and Launch the game with Sims2RPC launcher but it would just quickly open the terminal then back to reopen the sims2RPCSettings App
I look though the Sims2RPC folder in documents folder and in the TSBIn folder where the launcher is located and i noticed the Sims2EP9RPC.exe was missing
So I tried some reinstalls but was no good so i manually downloaded Mansion and Garden with a cracked Sims2EP9.exe
renamed the file to Sims2EP9RPC.exe and added it to the folder open the settings app of RPC and made my settings and hit "save and play"
It worked
so I think the launcher isn't downloading the no origin crack and just going back to the settings app
Hey! Thanks for the heads up - I'll remove this feature and tell people to source the exe themselves as nowadays I think just downloading it like that is a bit... weird.
Well I'm not sure the original source of George crack only found the mediafire link i.e your blog :)
I would make it so the launcher asks for the exe then opens a file explorer window so the user can tell it where it is and then the launcher places and names it like it did after the crack was downloaded
Hey, so I recently got the Sims 2 Legacy Edition that EA put up for purchase Feb 1st and when I got Sims 2 RPC and when it asked for the game I put "Sims2EP9.exe" but it said you need a no-cd/cracked game still. I also downloaded the George crack and it said that the game isn't downloaded or is missing some expansion packs/files. The Legacy Edition comes with all packs except IKEA home stuff im pretty sure.

This is for the original version of the game and won't work on the legacy version.
