"Bind" command

Syntax: bind key "command1;command2 parameter;command3"

Functionality:

  • When "Key" is pressed, run commands in order.
  • Notify about collisions
  • unbind key to remove binding
  • binds to show all binds
  • Potential autoload of binds with a "console.cfg" in user://?
