[Bug]: Script Extender update failed. Script extender not available for game version v4.47.88.723

Bug Summary
When opening the game using the mod manager, I get the above popup which makes the buttons within the game un-interactable.

I think this actually an issue with Script Extender. Hotfix 18 caused some kind of conflict.
I have the same issue,yesterday it was working fine got the new kisses and everything.now i get this message and if it succeeds to open it's like it reverted back
Script Extender needs to be updated due to the latest Hotfix causing a SLEW of issues now due to things being changed around. An update is in the works right now, but I suggest waiting until mods and SE is updated before trying to play with any mods at this time as there has been a huge slew of issues due to this hotfix. You can find a lot of mods that aren't working and other issues on this doc that I found through some research on the Subreddit.
A LOT of things are broken due to the update. So give it a few days and hopefully things will get fixed. Currently my own issue is ALL of my mods are being turned off despite exporting them due to various other issues so I'm going to wait until things have settled and everything starts to get updated.
So, interestingly enough, I seem to also have randomly started having this issue as well, but it can't be because of the hotfix for me, as I've been firmly staying on Patch 4 for mod compatibility reasons for awhile now. I'm getting a "No extender version found" error on loading up the game, but for version 4.37.67.641
I managed to get past that issue but struggled all week with resolving that and other things. Now, in camp clothes my character has no arms, chest, legs - in underwear, I'm completely invisible except for my head... weird.
