[Bug]: Mods won't export to game and load order won't save

Bug Summary

I've started having this issue within the last two weeks unfortunately! My mod load order won't save, once the game it won't export or seem to save the order but instead completely refresh. I've tried importing order from saves, taking my mods out and re installing them, updating the game, I am on the latest version of MM so there's not much to do there, uninstalling and re installing. I genuinely cannot figure it out and it's made my current saves unplayable which is really frustrating and I really don't want to start from scratch and lose their progress, or play without my mods when a lot of work went into them.
