[Bug]: Missing kissing scenes after lunching mods with mod manager

Bug Summary
Missing kissing scenes (the one where you can speak to your romance option) after launching mods with mod manager. I tried differnet mods. And it seems that after update all mods launched on mod manager couse this problem. If anyone knows how to fix it or have same issue, please respond.

I dont have that mod. Its general problem only with Shadowheart as far as i know but thank you for commnet. Could you please send me the mentioned thread?
Unfortunately I didnt keep it open. Just spent some time trying to track it back down, and was unable to find it.
