[Bug]: Crash on startup due to change in hotkey

Bug Summary

All of a sudden (even prior to updating to the latest version), the MM decided it doesnt like that I assigned the ctrl-s hotkey without the ctrl modifier, so now it just crashes on startup, and idk any way to change it. I also changed the G hotkey to have no modifier as the modifiers are just a pointless hassle for me.
