Update homepage title for built Mannequin library

From a comment about the appearance of Mannequin where it's currently being used as a pattern library for an existing site:

Would be super nice if the homepage of the built Mannequin library could say the project name so it was clear that it was the pattern library for the project

I totally agree. Right now when you go to www.sitename.com/mannequin there's no real indication that the pattern library instance you're looking at is for the project it's associated with. Would be nice to update the homepage to reflect the project name rather than just saying "Mannequin".
