🐛 Imperial ID tags update

Steps to reproduce

Imperial ID Tags should update from the server tick and not from triggering Rytaal to do the math. because of this the currency menu does not update uptil you trigger Rytaal.

Expected behavior

The menu should update without doing anything and the core of the game does the math and updates the currency in database when appropriate.
