🐛 Roc and Simurgh hit for too little

Steps to reproduce

Fight Roc or Simurgh, get hit, I've seen damage dealt ranging from 4 to 30, on a level 75 NIN, with no special dmg reduction buffs or anything

Expected behavior

Expected to be hit like a truck at level 75, I remember getting hit over 150 per shot when I played back on retail

Okay, I don’t have access to retail anymore though, sorry I can’t be of more help here. These NM’s were pretty popular in terms of camping them and I’m certain you needed at least a healer / some support to even manage beating these when the game cap was 75

So, I've messed around Discord in the FFXI captures and found some logs for Simurgh:

I've read the log for the fight and it looks like a trust that regularly got hit for 0 damage, takes some more damage periodically:

[17:00:09] Simurgh hits ArkEV for 46 points of damage. [17:01:08] Simurgh hits ArkEV for 45 points of damage. [17:04:21] Simurgh hits ArkEV for 38 points of damage.

These captures are much newer than I ever played on retail, but if a trust is getting his (I don't know if they actually have levels, i'd assume they match like 99?) for 40ish - my character that was hit for 5ish damage at 75 doesn't add up.
