🐛 Indi/Geo - Acumen are not granting MAB+ bonus

Steps to reproduce

New GM character with no armor or accessories equiped. !changejob geo 75 !addallspells !capallskills !getstats (target yourself) verify no errant +MAB is being applied /ma "Indi-Acumen" <me> !getstats (target yourself) /ma "Geo-Acumen" <stpc> !getstats (target yourself)

Expected behavior

The geomancer spells indi-acumen and geo-acumen should give magic attack bonus buff. Using my example with 225 handbell and 225 geomancy skill, gives a base of 450. Using the potency formula, it shows a divisor of 60.00, this brings the expected magic attack bonus to 7.5.
