add coefficient correlation as ES for TOSTMeta

It would be great if we could run an equivalence test with meta-analysis data using correlation coefficient as an effect size

Apologies, but I have no intention of adding further support for meta-analysis in TOSTER. metafor should provide enough coverage for TOST in meta-analysis. I'd suggest reading the documentation for that package, if you have questions or concerns I would raise it with that package's maintainer(s).
