Feature/simulator CTD input

Adds support for temperature and salinity data file input. Temperature and salinity values at different space-time points are loaded and interpolated to simulated measurements at the vehicle location in space and time. Conductivity and pressure are computed based on the loaded parameter values.

The data used for simulation doesn't seem to make sense. Can you check the data / coordinate conversion used?
