Simulate the AuxTel

With Batoid and the DM camera model LATISS instance we could also consider simulating the AuxTel.

Probably would need to model a dispersive element to do this though.

re-upping this old issue. See Issue #125 for more details.

Simulating the AuxTel is also possible if we wanted to do it as we have batoid and LATTIS camera models. We would need similar header work and camera model work.

If we decided this was actually useful we might might also want to build photon operators for dispersive elements.
