Question Proxy setup

If running this on a velocity proxy can the backend servers be Fabric or do they have to be paper?

InteractiveChat does not support Fabric servers. It needs to be Spigot or a fork of Spigot (like Paper).

oh dang, how much work do you think it would be if I wanted to write a fabric port?
