/say command kicks player

Server: Purpur 1.20.1 when player use /say it kicks player and gives this error

Same error, but I dropped the version back to 4.2.8.0 and everything works fine Apparently a future version broke something

After testing, the problem will only occur when using InteractiveChat build 254 or later. Confirmed the error was caused by the kyori library as I replaced this with the one in build 253 and everything worked fine
