Preload multiple chapters for continuous scrolling/tts

Option to open next 5/10/x chapters as one continuous session. Adding the texts of multiple chapters together should allow tts to read continuously for a longer session. Possibly require chapters to be downloaded.

Additionally: load next chapter based on page scroll progress. As progress hits 80%, loads next chapter onto end of current chapter
