Allow access to the internal lspdfr ped tasks for cops (in and out of a pursuit)

As of now there is no way of assigning a cop an arrest/pursue/etc task in or out of a pursuit.

What do you mean by ped task?

For example; in a pursuit you cannot make a cop fire his weapon at a suspect, besides the combattask that gets overridden every ~2sec. Changing the relationship between cops and some other group has no effect. Also the fact that cops jump into their car while the suspect's car is pretty much stopped, instead of trying to pull him out of the car.

I'd like to keep it the simple way we had it in IV, so I could add a function for combat against a certain suspect if that would help. If you want to override chase behavior though, please use SetPursuitDisableAI.

A combat function would be nice. does SetPursuitDisableAI disable the entire chasing and arresting tasks? It's just that as of now if a suspect runs over a Cop the ai does not react to it at all.
