Support tidal playlist folders

Currently all playlists are displayed in a flat list, even if they're sorted in folders in the Tidal UI. With a large amount of playlists, this makes it very hard to use.

Even morse so, because Tidal doesn't allow custom arrangement of the playlists...

I don't know what's going on with TIDAL right now, but the developers documentation is no longer available today... Hopefully this is because they're upgrading it with the latest features...

Ah, interesting, I also searched for API docs and found nothing at all. Could you share a link?

Unfortunately I can't. It's not public documentation. On the upside: it seems to be mostly back. But I can't find any word about folders (yet).

I'm still using iTunes and have lots of Playlist Folders, these also come through to LMS in a flat structure
