Media file count wrong when (re-) moving files / renaming directories

If media files are (re-)moved without changed content, the files deleted and updated/added count is wrong in v8.0.x. See here for an example where removed file count is wrong by +1 and added file count is wrong by +2 (renamed folder contains 262 mp3 files organized in subfolders). See here for an example where removed file count is wrong by -1 and added file count is wrong by +1 (renamed folder contains 92 mp3 files organized in subfolders).

As far as I can see, this is only a GUI, not a functional bug
