volume control scale - positions 39/40 swapped

While tracing the volume control scales within squeezelite I discovered that LMS provides swapped 16.16fp values on positions 39/40 of the VC-100 scale.

AsIs: 40=2048 39=2050

ToBe: 40=2050 39=2048

This can cause up2 2dB stepwidth on this position for a linear scale/dB.
