No way to get hidden toolbars back in Project Notes

LMMS Version(s)

Version 1.3.0-alpha.1.575+gbda042e1e (Linux/x86_64, Qt 5.15.13, GCC 13.2.1 20230801).

Bug Summary

When you hide both toolbars in Project Notes, there is no area left to right-click on, thus they stay hidden forever.

Expected Behaviour

Not even sure

Steps To Reproduce

  • Open Project Notes
  • Right click on the toolbar and uncheck both.

As a mitigation, if you close LMMS and reopen it, the toolbars should be back.

So, instead of disappearing when booth menu items are unchecked, the toolbar could shrink down to one side.
