Quest tracking save issue on disconnect / multiple quest at the same time

Description of Bug

When logging off and tracking a quest, after logging back in you won't be tracking it anymore and if you track one quest but you completed another that wasn't being tracked, it will untrack the tracked quest

I'm on mysql with the autotrack on false and allow track on true and sync delay I tried with 0 thru 20 and it didn't work

Steps to Reproduce

1. have quest autotrack on false
2. allow tracking
3. do /quest track
4. log off
5. log back in
6. you won't be tracking it again 7 can be tested on mysql & flatfile

Environment

• Minecraft version: 1.20.4 folia
• Server software: folia
• Quests version: 3.15-cea1499
