A full quest complete command

Description of Feature

A command to complete all quest for a player. (need it for admin testing to see the completed icons of completed quest!)

it'd be the complete opposite of the existing command, /quests a/admin moddata fullreset - fully clear a players data file. So it would be /quests a/admin moddata fullcomplete - fully complete quest of a player

Reason for Addition

It'd be nice to see the look of each quest during testing. I have over 500 quest, and am using my old server's quest files. Certain quest had different rewards, and it'd would be so much easier if i could just complete all quest for my OP account, and then just view all the icons of each quest.

Alternative Solutions

N/A. Doing the complete command only does one command, i have over 500 quest...
