Add Quests task type

Reason for Addition

I want to make a category which gives players rewards when they finish a certain amout of quests from other categories.

Description of Feature

This would apply to choosen categories (optional) and for quests in general (configurable) With that it would be possible to reward a player for let's say finish all the first quests inside the mining category. Example:

Stone mining quests - 10 quests in total Oak log quests - 5 quests in total

Finished Quests Categories: Finish 15 quests to win this or that.

Alternative Solutions

I have tried looking at the documentation and i haven't seen anything that could make this and anyone who made it.
