[Feature] Delay

Reason for Addition

Currently setting up quests that are repeatable daily is easy but there is 1 major flaw, we can't slow down progression. Currently players can just do hundreds of quests without being slowed down whatsoever. Adding a delay is only of use when a player needs to redo the quest and simply resetting all quests daily is far from ideal. In order to resolve this issue I think it would be easiest to add a limit to the amount of quests a player can complete in a certain interval. I think the best solution would be to add a delay to a quest before it gets activated after completing the previous quest.

Description of Feature

Some sort of delay that would prevent a newly unlocked quest from being available instantly and would require a player to wait a while before being able to continue to progress through the quests within a category.

Alternative Solutions

I also thought one would be able to add a time dependent limit per category. That way when one quest is completed within a category, the user has to wait a certain amount of time this could be something that would be defined in the categories.yml

I tried to find a solution to this but besides getting another plugin involved to hand out permissions on a daily basis and have players unlock quests like that, I couldn't really come up with one.

Love this, meanwhile you could get around this by setting a playtime requirement for the repeatable quests?

You know, chop 50 wood AND be online for 4 hours. That way you have already limited it to 4 hours until the quest can be completed from when they start it, to they can start the next quest.
