Multi factor authentication (OTP = One time password)

Small adaptions to enable mfa/otp. It seems to work and may be a good point to start discussion. Any further comments or suggestions?

Maybe it makes sense to move otp timeout to config? Mail text can by changed by overriding "createMail" function

Update: Had to create a new branch for this
