Two left-hand filters disappear when scrolling all the way down the home page

Chrome browser on a PC

  1. Scroll down the home page
  2. Stop when you get to the top of the blue footer - all the left-hand filters are present
  3. Scroll just past this to show the entire footer - RADIUSS and System Software (the last two alphabetically) vanish

I suspect this has to do with the margin set on the footer element. More specifically, the fact that the footer margin and llnl-side-container overlap. Image Image
